Shipping & Returns

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 3pm on a UK working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a tracking reference by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Delivery options

UK Tracked 48: typically 2 working days. UK Tracked 24: typically next working day. Options and pricing are shown at checkout.

All parcels are shipped in plain, tamper-evident packaging. Temperature-sensitive material is packed with appropriate insulation.

International shipping

We ship to selected destinations where the import of research chemicals is permitted. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that a compound may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction, and for any customs duties or import charges applied.

Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items for quality and safety reasons.

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Please contact support before returning anything so we can issue a returns reference.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

All products are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory research and in-vitro use. They are not medicinal products and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. Orders may be declined where intended use falls outside these terms.
